Conference Venue & Accommodation

The conference will take place in the conference-center of the hotel “Europa Royale” in Druskininkai, Lithuania,  https://www.europaroyaledruskininkai.lt.

We have arranged with the hotel “Europa Royale” the following accommodation price for MMA2025 conference participants:

• a standard single room per night – €66 + €2 city tax;

• a standard double room (2 people) per night – €88 + 2 x €2 city tax.

The accommodation price includes: breakfast, gym access, parking space, and access to the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna area (during designated hours).

For booking the room, please send the e-mail to Sales.Druskininkai@EuropaRoyale.lt or Reservations@EuropaRoyale.com with the following information: name(s), dates of arrival and departure, room type (single or double), reservation code “MMA2025”.

Visa

Nationals of the member states of the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA) and any third-country national who is a holder of a residence permit of a Schengen state do not need a visa to enter Lithuania.
